FAIRS AND EVENTS
Inaugurated on Wednesday morning at the Bologna fairgrounds, the world exhibition of agricultural mechanics, EIMA , started with a large public attendance. The first day there were 37,400 visitors and also yesterday a strong turnout was being recorded. In this appointment the best of the world production of machines and equipment for all types of agriculture is exposed. The section dedicated to advanced digital systems and agricultural robots arouses great interest.
Of the 37,400 visitors on the first day, 13,400 were from abroad. The data from the debut suggests a very positive final result, explains FederUnacoma, the federation of Italian manufacturers that is the direct organizer of the event.
The strong point of this fair is its technical content: EIMA International exhibits all the latest products and the best offer in the sector, created by the more than 1,500 exhibiting companies (about 60,000 models in total, made by the manufacturers to satisfy the needs of each type of agriculture). The EIMA Digital show, dedicated to 4.0 technologies and advanced electronic systems, is also arousing great interest, with the exhibition of autonomous agricultural robots, which can replace traditional labor and represent the new frontier of agricultural mechanics.
